Serenity
Serenity's design concept was based on Peter Zumthor's themes of material compatibility, as well as the sound and temperature of space. It is situated in the Southbank Whale Mall, Brisbane and is designed for community groups including a Buddhist faith group and a yoga group. This space aims to lead both of these groups into a connection based on the practices and qualities they both share. These being calmness, relaxation and meditation.
